Do you like the characters or not? Do you think it will be a good story with these characters? Say everything that is on your mind about the characters.

I like how your characters have their own unique ablity, but make sure you dont make the Heros too strong, or on the other side... the "Bad" guy too strong. Overall I like them

Your characters seem very bland. While you could write a story using them, I believe it would be difficult to do so making it interesting. What you need are some plot twists. Grab the readers attention, and then slam it into the wall and wake them up a bit. Suggestions:- Make roughly half your characters female, whether good or evil. Then construct a complex tangle of relationships. Spices it up, especially when those in love are on opposing sides.
- Completely good or evil characters are very cliche and boring. Having an evil character perform kind acts and having a good character with a dark side are very interesting.
- Have the main character switch allegiances at least one time in the story, and switch back. Have one good character who fights against the good side for some reason, and likewise a bad character who fights against the bad side for some reason.

I agree with what jack says. Characters with complet relationships with each other or more interesting and will make you think more. Make sure they have the basics.. such as location and age. But be super discriptive. For instance one of your characters could have a "scare" or "mole" on the righ side of his/her neck. Things that get the reader really personal with the characer. How the character feels about things. How the vision is, why the character is good or bad. A lot of why things are they way they are. When ever you sat somthing dont just tell it is so, say why it is so. Balance is always good. Evil guys should have a good 'reason' for being evil too. Complex things make people think. Anyway, thats my suggestions. Im not voting because I didnt think it was very good, but I didnt think it was the worst etc.
